The First BlackHawk
As the inaugural Black Hawk project, this build began as a non-running, stock T100C. Created in collaboration with Le Papillon Garage, the goal was to transform it into a proper desert sled. Many of the custom parts available on this site are a direct result of the engineering that went into bringing this bike to life.
The electrical system was completely modernized with a custom-fabricated wiring harness, a 12V conversion, negative ground, and electronic ignition. All fluids were refreshed, the forks were rebuilt, and the bike was fitted with high-swept desert pipes and custom mounts, alongside new headlights and taillights. A classic Bates seat was added, and the tank received a fresh coat of paint. Custom components featured on this build—including the Beerman skid plate, seat bracket, headlight bracket, and rear fender—are all available for purchase on this site.
